-Harle Chucking the Obj_dump Red Key behind couch. Claims it vanished and claims he has a demo of it to back it up. If you play it at 10% speed, from a left point of view you can see he throws it behind the couch, not dropping, but throwing it.

-Anti Afk/Auto Attacking. Not sure if this is allowed but isn't this considered botting?

-Not sure what he was doing, He may have been playing with it which is fine or attempting to get out the map since the question he ask me when I find out seems to imply that he was asking if its fine to get out the map as long as he doesn't delay the game.

-Spawn Camping on some map, hes admin so I can't stop him or anything, I gave warnings already before it happened. It seems that he knew he was spawn camping but he claimed that its allowed if the zombie is afk.

-Not really important anymore since its been a week or so since his admin expired. But hes been teleporting yuzuki to his cades to chill with him or something like that. No idea why.

Concerning #2 pretty sure that would be an attempt at anti afk but I'm also pretty sure his screen has to move. +attack does not evade the anti afk system but is still not encouaged to use. Either play the game correctly or disconnect.
Concerning #5 make an abuse report (a bit late but if he does it again do it on the day).
Concerning the rest, reviewing now.
#4 if he was spawn killing so were you.
#3 permed for exploiting on swimming pool
