As you can see he kills the cop for random ticketing, after he cdmd another cop rpior. and he polishes it off by rdming me in the back parking lot. last one was debatable, as there were prior shots fired. But none the less he killed the cop for giving him a ticket for reckless driving.

The cop aimed a taser at us, which is a threat and I can kill him.
