Mass propkilling in DarkRP

Around tick 1800 in dark155 he kills me with a prop from above
Tick 15000 on dark156 you can see him spawn the props and mass propkill. At the beginning of the demo you can see people die below him but can't see him doing it, he denies it anyways. He disconnected and I perm'd him on SB, needs to be added on here.
