adam awsome Friend of HG A bit before this i call 911 cause theres a fire in my back yard.......i get a fireman, a medic.....a cop and a swat. The cop and swat insist on coming onto my property even though i tell em not too.....i turn my back and the swat (hugh g reactor) rushes straight into my front door and starts checking doors. I hit him with a bat and tell him to get out. He then arrests me. | After this he is patrolling and comes across me.......he says he was responding to a burgular alarm in subs 4......he then asks me to take the weapon off my back.....something I have been told is not a swats job. I then tell him he's a swat and can't do that......he then calls thru local for a warrent from me whilst I remove it........I start walking back to my place when i get warrented.....a cop nearby has seen the whole thing and immediately arrests me. Swat is only allowed to respond to a situation when cops are in danger or the mayor calls them out. They are not allowed to patrol and are not allowed to ask people to take weapons off their backs. They should certainly not be arresting me when i comply..... If you want to argue that he was not given enough time, he had a mike so was instantly able to tell the mayor not to warrent, could of stopped the cop from arresting me or could of said sorry after...he did none of these things. *tick 31000 ne3.dem (10 MB) |
