took lead, no one could hear his mic/no mic detected and just never passed it. Also killed some people while lead and no clear orders were given. I have a demo that I will post shortly.

It's only a few minutes long and shows him taking lead multiple times and not passing/giving orders before opening cells.

Okay, so here's the thing: he thought his mic was working and obviously, it wasn't. Personally, it didn't seem to be malicious freekilling to me.

In the demo, 2 freekills are shown and 2 rounds of him taking lead and then opening cells are shown as well, and its clear that he had been trying to give orders through that time.

As for the racism, it looks like he was copying and pasting what another player had said to get someone's attention to deal with it. If you wish to make a ban report for that, feel free to do so.

Other than that, his tlist will be set to 3 days, or until he comes here and appeals and understands what happened. It sucks to tlist someone because their mic wasn't working, so hopefully he comes to forums and sees this.
