He obviously has problems with himself raging (going further back in his chat logs that becomes more evident.) He can have some time to cool off and hopefully come back and not cause further problems.

Note: I am aware that there was disrespect from both sides. That has been handled as well. However, raging in chat isn't the way to get things done around here.
