We raided Justice family @ penthouse then we went to their second base. Started the raid, and I got killed by a random dude (Decked) outside. He was defending them from the outside without having the tag. I would have killed him 10 times if he had his tag.

Yea he did defend from outside, wasnt a counter raid when I went into drive mode. Thanks for the report.
