He was supposed to be banned instead of a magikarp for an illegal spray, he's been warned all night and I gave him his final warning after I sprayed it in the alarm room and he sprayed it again in the showers beside heart shaped pool. So before I could use /removespray on his spray he dc'd and magikarp who tried to cover it got [SprayTrace]'d instead.
