I asked this guy to stop mic spamming for about 10 minutes; he wouldn't. I tried to mute him in the player list. It would not allow me to mute the player. At least a dozen other players attempted to voteban the guy, so I demo'd him.

was in there too, muted him twice, reconnected to avoid ban twice, then started harrassing another player over typed chat, I kicked and left idk if he came back.
Upgrading ban a bit and adding my own demo.
