steelarmor Friend of HG This was clearly an accidental cdm because there was no way for me to avoid hitting that firefighter. I was driving by the truck and the firefighter decides to get out of his truck in the middle of the road without looking before he got out. By the time I saw the firefighter get out of the car it was way too late. I was going to call a medic right after, but I thought I had seen a cop so I went around the corner just to make sure. When I saw that there was no cop behind me, I turned around to see if the firefighter was still alive. Instead I see no firefighter in sight, I get killed out of no where. This is why I don't think it is fair to blame it on me, when the firefighter was being careless. | |
