He CDM'd me, as shown in the demo. He blatantly stopped, backed up, and ran me over, and i would like him to be blacklisted from driving.

Why are you even dancing on the road? Thats completely stupid, if you werent there you wouldnt have been cdmed but really allow this could have been avoided, he could have drove past you with enough space.
