I was raiding Phil at apartment 102, killed him and the people who were basing with him. After i finish him off, he sells the property in the middle of the raid. Also, I believe someone prop blocked the door so i couldn't open it. you can see me trying to open it and it is unlocked

Unable to actually tell if the property was sold, the door was being blocked by another door is what kept the door from being opened. Disapproved due to lack of proof.
