Okay lets get something out of the way here before I put in the verdict of Binx. I don't mind if you record from your point of view as a spy completely cloaked, but you have to do it correctly. If you stand in the most obvious spots like you were doing where a teammate of yours is running towards you then of course you're going to get hit by a stray bullet.

Now to my verdict. This kid isn't hacking unless you provide a demo in which you go to spectate and record his point of view. However I doubt this kid is hacking even if you did provide a recording from his point of view and here's why. Multiple times during the demo, you get shot by him because he is shooting your teammates behind you. At first I thought it was a little fishy but then I kept watching. Later on when you completely cloak kinda near red team's base, he walks straight past you to kill and starts shooting. Even at the point towards the end of the demo where you were in the tower near the blu teleporter, he walks right past you and steps on the teleporter. At no point did he turn and start shooting at you. So no this kid wasn't wall hacking at all unless you can provide more proof to prove otherwise.
