This is a player with a history, of previous tlocks and tlists. As many times as he's been slayed/tlocked/tlisted he still has yet to learn the rules of being a CT. I feel he needs a longer tlist to fully grasp the rules of being a CT and earn and wait for his spot to be on CT. This is the first time I've been able to catch him derping on a demo, but if you look around the 40,000 tick you see him opening cells without the lead saying so.
