Well not sure if this is enough proof but as you can see in the beginning of the round he goes straight to kitchen and shoots the rack into the place where you spawn out of first cell.

Seeing as i've also slain him for camping in kitchen right around the time this demo was taken, i'll give him a bit of time off to get the rules down.
