Ban Appeal Restricted

So I tab back in to game after talking to a friend in teamspeak to find this guy Robro Cop the only one on ct. He was going from cell to cell Fking each T trapped in cells. When i ask the people in server how long had this been going on when i was afk they said about 3 rounds in a row now. I feel really bad about make the people I play late night jb going thought that can we please make the max tlist possible happen to this guy so he knows how it feel to me shoot my Ct's.

All I know is that he came start up to me in first cell without taking lead and kill me then started going cell to cell killing the next three t's before I tlisted him.
