arrested me while i was connecting for having a "M4A1" on my back. but he still arrested me while connecting at Sending Client Info...

i have information on this report, he is talking about me, edgar ross, and he was not still connecting, if he hadnt moved from were he spawns i wouldnt have done it, but the fact of the matter is that he was walking around, he was nearly out the door before i arrested him, so he is lieing when he says he was on sending client info, plain and simple. i know this because you cant move while sending client info, because it initially spawns you over at car dealer then moves you to nexus
