Tyler2 Friend of HG He isnt using any sort of hack....He is bunnyhoping, he admited to having his jump button on his mouse scroll down..I previously banned him for scripting, even though I was wrong, its weird he has no footsteps, ok hes a "pro" bunnyhopper, it gives him an advantage for the scroll down to be his jump, I understand we can do this also. | 1. Some people don't know how to bunnyhop. 2. Some people aren't tech savy and don't know how to change keybinds..Though it isnt exactly needed to be tech savy, ive seen groups of people not knowing what to do. Anyway back to my point, it gives him a major advantage and I know anything to give an advantage isnt allowed, plus..We would be breaking the rules if we made our scroll down jump..Giving us an advantage, and we dont want people doing that...Plus..It really isnt a bunnyhop server, so if its possible to get him to stop, or for him to be banned, he seems like a nice guy...I just find him killing insane amounts of people at times...Its quite hard for me to knife him...I get 200 FPS and a 50Latency(ping) So I basically never lag..I have no trouble knifing anyone else as long as im not being shot at (lol) but when it comes to him, I rarely kill him....I don't think its hacks..Like I said..Major advantage and it shouldn't be allowed. I don't have evidence due to me findout out demos dont have voice chat...Ill include the demo anyway..I ask him how he bunnyhops and he says scroll, no real evidence other then that....He should surely admit it since he finds there is nothing wrong with it, why don't you just ask him... orange.dem (743 KB) |

All he's doing is timing his scrolls and strafing like any good bhopper would and gaining speed. 2. Bunnyhopping isn't against the rules. However, scripting and hyperscrolling/autohotkey is. 3. Just because some people don't know how to do it (or rather, don't care enough to learn) doesn't make it unfair. 4. I knew how to change key bindings when I was about 8 years old. I'm not sure how changing key bindings and being "tech-savvy" can even be in the same sentence. 5. "it gives him a major advantage and I know anything to give an advantage isnt allowed" - This only applies if that said person is using a 3rd party program to gain an advantage over others. Ex: aimbot, aim assist, no recoil, reduced spread, scripting, wallhacking, hyperscrolling/autohotkey, spinbot, etc. 6. Changing your jump so that it is bound to either mouse wheel up or mouse wheel down is in no way against the rules. 7. It doesn't matter whether or not it is a bunnyhopping server. He can bunnyhop in any server as far as I care as long as he doesn't script or use any third-party program to help him gain an advantage. 8. He will not be told to stop bunnyhopping or banned due to his bunnyhopping. 9. He's allowed to kill as many people as his heart desires. He doesn't have to make himself easier to kill, I don't care if you're unable to knife him. Would you rather have everyone stand with their backs toward you so that you can right click them and then continue on your way? 10. No, it isn't hacks by any means. He's not using a third-party program one again, so there is no reason to plea for the "Major advantage over other players" rule. 11. Once again, anyone is allowed to bind their jump to their mouse wheel. 12. There is nothing wrong with bunnyhopping. 13. Your demo has inconclusive proof due to lack of length, mdx_stats, and it doesn't even once show his fps. After all of that, this ban is disapproved. Any bans in the future similar to this in nature (lacking proof) will end up being disregarded. If you continue to posts these sorts of bans which contain no proof sufficient to ban a player, then you will be the one in trouble.
