I ticket him for running a red light/Speeding. He goes mayor and revenge demotes me.

From my end, it looked random, but thats not why I demoted him, he only makes it look like that. I demoted him because I asked "Should I demote him, I heard he's a random ticketer" By 4 people, I was told "yes! demote him" or something of that sort. I apologize for the threat in the beginning, that was my fault, I didnt know I was above the speed limit, but he didnt record on my end where I ASKED people to if they want him demoted.
