Multiple violations. I'm posting two demos. First shows him freekilling me for jumping when the order was not to Freeze. Note, freeze is not implied: http://hellsgamers.com/topic/97090-is-freeze-always-implied/

For your review:
First clip (titled KilledForJumping)
-Start at 0:28 seconds in. You'll notice here that the order was to get to the top of big cage. No order was given to freeze, so I started jumping. I informed him you had to say freeze and since he didn't, I was going to jump (demo doesn't show my mic). Tech N9ne says "I don't have to say freeze, dumb ass" and then freekills me.

Second Clip (titled IntentionalFreekill)
- Start At 2:00 in. You'll hear the order to get to the first sign of s4s and freeze. I got there first, and was freekilled by Tech N9ne. I asked what it was and he said "That was an intentional freekill". I said, "np" thinking he had said unintentional freekill. Then I reread it. I clarified, "Intentional freekill?" and he replied, "yes".

So on the first clip I was unaware at the time that I needed to say freeze on arrival was not implied in the orders. They way I read the motd made it very hard for me to understand what is implied and what is not. After reading his post I started using the freeze on arrival command as you can see in demo two so he wouldn't have to ask me every single time.

On the second clip it was obvious I accidentally killed you, I heard the orders wrong and that is why I instantly slayed myself and jokingly told you it was intentional. I was just messing with you but you were just obvious that you were looking to get your demoing in action. Good luck, and thank you for having fun on the server.

So what you see iin the screenshot is also "joking"?
