So I had just won mayor and was changing the settings, Taxes were 0 max pay and all, and Daxx kills me. When I went and asked him why he did this he replied "you are a shi" (In screenshot). But how could he possibly know it hadn't even been a minute. Also about 15 minutes earlier I was standing on the sidewalk and I get cdm'ed for my gun. The driver says "Oh shit" grabs my guns and runs away. When I asked daxx where he got his ak from, he replied I made it in the same voice as the driver who rdmed me. I know that isn't a lot to go off for the cdm, and it probably isnt enough evidence, but the main problem is the mayor.

Not enough context in the screenshot. For all that I know, he could have taken you hostage and talked to you specifically in voice chat. Not banned.
