He's been playing frequently for (atleast) the past 3 months, and as seen in the screenshot, he says something about "This is for reddevil" then mass freekills and dc's to avoid punishment.

Request approved and time extended

I meant to respond to that post when I read it so here goes

If HG's goal was to discourage a player from returning to a server, we'd hand out perm tlists/bans, provide no proof, and never respond to unban/untlist requests like some other JB servers do, which I'm sure you've played on.

Tech9's actions resulted in this tlist
Most of the time when we have to use our admin its for reasons that make us facepalm
