Friend of HG | I arrested you because I found you in the house with the burglar alarm still sounding. I didn't arrest you right then because you said you were a friend of the guy, so I had to go ask the owner if he was your friend. Once he said no, I came back and arrested you. The reason I didn't warn you before arresting you is because when I've done that in the past, usually the person just pulls out their uzi and shoots me. The guy robbing the bank was not my friend. I didn't want to shoot him because he didn't have his gun out, that's why I was trying to taser him. Once I ran inside the bank to arrest him, he then pulled out an uzi and shot me. It was not some conspiracy where I was trying to let him get the money. The alarm wasn't even sounding, which meant that someone had already robbed the bank in the past five minutes so he would not get any money anyway. |
Friend of HG | Thanks for the report. Bill if you do not witness an illegal event you technically cannot arrest. Also when a bank robbery is going on the robber is a Kill-On-Sight. |
Friend of HG | _iMPAKT wrote: Bill if you do not witness an illegal event you technically cannot arrest. OK. Now that I think about it, catching him in the house with the alarm going off is just circumstantial evidence, and does not absolutely prove he was the burglar. _iMPAKT wrote: Also when a bank robbery is going on the robber is a Kill-On-Sight. Under most other circumstances, I would have shot the guy right away, but since the bank alarm wasn't sounding and he didn't have his weapon out, I assumed that he should be handled as a regular warranted suspect (with non-lethal force). That's why I held my fire and tried to arrest him. So to clarify, a suspect is KOS in the bank under any circumstance? By the way, the reason I wrote this reply is not so I could contest the ban or anything. I just wanted to get clarification on some of the rules so I don't accidentally break them in the future. |
Friend of HG | Its alright. Just be aware of these things in the future. |
