At Tick 18000 you can see Daxx molotov my shop then run back upstairs. Afterwards I ran around the city looking at shops to see if anyone else was selling so I would know if it was random or not. You can see one person setting up shop in Large shop and another person with a shop next to mine but neither are Daxx.
