Caught AGAIN a bit later of the first demo, trapping me and the other cop. Then he proceeds to random arresting me.

I'm not an advisor or anything, but I checked out the demos and went ingame to witness him doing this. I blacklisted him for a day, which can obviously be increased due to what he did.

After talking to him about he realises he was a dick and proceeded to tell him he wasn't going to pull this shit on our servers again. It's not my decision to make, but I hope a ban would suffice but not permanent. But again, not my decision to make.

Coming here and talking about "RDM by HG members" is a rather false acusation, unless you have proof, and so then post it with a ban report. Making your issue look less harder by blaming others for doing something totally unrelated is rather an excuse.
