He just spams and is advertising hacks.

Came in and started to impersonate members of HG. While I was getting proof, he changed his name to Dovahcat and started to spam hack advertisements. I kicked him while he was changing his name since I couldn't clearly type out his name while he was changing it so I was forced to use the admin menu. He came back and started to do it again.
