From tick 55000 onward: Jarthus made some day where he polled whether a particular player should live or not. Based on the consensus that the player shouldn't live, he killed that player. It's not like the killed player disobeyed an order, so I'm not sure how this day is legal.

This would have been appropriate had he given the player the option of playing a clearly opinionated day. Extended amount of time due to concurrent issues.
