I cant see how I'm responsible for him driving, he took his choice to do it and i told him not to do it but he did it and even pushed me so how would this be a bl or ban? It sounds stupid to me...

sounds stupid you helped him tut, you opened the doors for him to drive his car, what you could have done was to avoid any interactions but you did. Wait the blacklist out.
