Demo#1: KaosRDM.dem

A normal day of being Jack Reacher, when all of a sudden an RDM'er appears! If you watch the entire demo consider it's short ~10k ticks, you'll see my harmlessness. lol. okay anyways but the rdm occurs at ~4k-6k tick in the demo I'd start at the first tick and watch all the way through about 6k-6.5k but thats up to you.

Do you not understand that your not allowed to just sit outside skyscraper for half an hour? Especially when we tell you to leave multiple times..
When we ask you to leave for half an hour, probably more, its eventually going to get old, and im going to kill you, This is rediculous, your just trying to get back at people now, look at the rules, theres no loitering allowed.

Thanks for the report, Kaos. If people are breaking rules you dont take it into your own hands. Plus the only time loitering is against the rules is if it becomes a trolling or common issue.
