FailCop, with his friend. He made it impossible to follow the law, force arrested me. Explained: He told me to park my vehicle correctly, I refused, ok, so he gives me a ticket, thats fine, THEN he tells me, move your vehicle or I will have to arrest you, and so I get out of my vehicle real quick, and he tells me to move my vehicle or he'll arrest me, I CANNOT, because he gave me a ticket, I explain this to him, and he says you have 5 seconds to move your car or you're arrested, he gives me like HALF A SECOND, and attempts to arrest me, after a while he does manage to arrest me. I could not move my car when I got out, because I had a ticket. [HG]Tut has the demo.

We told this guy to move his car for like 5 minutes, he was obviously baiting. If you want to ban or blacklist go ahead but he is obviously just trying to get me in trouble. He was doing the same thing last night too, for whatever reason.
