Demo http://www.mediafire.com/download/q34koabifkzipbm/askdnasdiansd888.dem Tick 22,000 he starts RDM'ing. Use drive around spawn, needbe. Contiues to RDM after he spawns.

Demo http://www.mediafire.com/download/acy85p48pquwh15/askdnaskdnasknasd.dem Tick 1,000 immediately starts RDM'ing as he spawns once again. He is jailed, and then the second he is unjailed he continues to shoot at everyone he can.

Demo http://www.mediafire.com/download/7n6aj6879q957rj/ajajaja.dem Tick 3,000 immediately starts shooting at everyone once again. Reconnects at Tick 5,500 and opens fire once again.

Adding proof so that he can't act innocent if he appeals.
