Derpy Vicii shot Rubber Tee when we were raiding, because I knew that Derpy had just rdmed Rubber Tee I didn't want too raid because it's unfair. So when I was leaving subs(not subs 4 property) Jaspaa came along and shot me. I did not lockpick/enter the subs #4 property with a gun so I didn't raid. Though he claims because I was in subs when Derpy Vicii was raiding subs I was automaticlly raiding too.
It all happens in the end.

So to explain my side of it (though he hit the main points on the head), we being Rubber T and I were based up in Subs 4. David Yamam came over to raid and we got into a fire fight which he shot me and broke my legs before Rubber T came up and killed him. So Rubber T and I were about to go and raid Derpy Vicii and his gang (in Warehouse) but I had to go to the hospital to wound my legs. So on my way to the bank to get money to fix my broken legs, I passed up Pein and Vicii both heading over to the Subs area (you can see that in his demo). Rubber T was still at Subs 4 to defend if they did come and raid so I went and got money to fix my legs, got them fixed and then headed back to our base to see what had happened. I ran out of gas on the road next to the wooden gates of Subs and saw Derpy picking the lock of our back fence so I knew they had started raiding and when I was about to enter Subs I heard a car come up and it was Pein and so I starting shooting incase he was going to hit me with the car and killed him. Soon after that, I saw Derpy come out of the Backyard of Subs4 so he was still raiding and we got into a shootout, he ran out of ammo and I killed him. If I did something wrong here, please tell me. I want to know so I don't repeat the same mistake twice and I accept any punishment brought upon me for my actions. Thanks.
