loitering for FUCKING LONG TIME and then he also breaks NLR after i cdmed him for stepping onto my car after warning for going onto my apartment property. if not ban for nlr then ban for loitering please.

You shouldnt care about who i report, I report people cause they are dummies that doesnt know the rules, I want laws and rules not the opposite - I 'cdmed' you ? no. You walked to my apt multiple times (got on demo and then you loitered for minutes long time) and then you stepped onto my vehicle = a property and gave you warning earlier so thats not cdm, thats just to get you killed after warnings gaven.
