Tut Friend of HG I didnt ram your car or what ever you say, and at the crash at industrial, i drove at my lane then i saw a yellow SUV in my lane so drove into middle and turned into left then i pulled you over for driving in wrong lane which drunk people often does, then i ticketed you and then you did something but i cant remember it and i got oyu warranted, maybe for disrespect or something. I do ticket a lot of people and i love ot be cop so i follow like many laws in game and try to make people follow laws too, so DOESNT KNOW HOW TO BE A OFFICER is wrong, i know how to, maybe im just rude when it comes to ticketing people. To add that, you robbed bank yes and i sit down on my knees then you aimed at me MULTIPLE times which is KOS as you were Outside of BANK which isnt a robbery situation so i seeked you down, found you in izzies as i could hear foot steps then i found the right moment to shoot you at. so i had all rights as you treatend me with a gun so i treatend you with a kill.
