He was muted for spamming his mic, and gagged.
Started to send us messages in the (To Admin) chat, kicked for doing that.
Came back and started disrespecting the community in the admin chat
He needs some time to cool off. Talk to Mez or Lemon for the mute and gag images or look up the admin command log.
After looking at the reason for his gag, http://hellsgamers.gameme.com/player_histories/chat/3637874 he said the following which is racism.
But looking further down into his chat history I have found he has said more than one racial slur, including promoting fire, and disrespecting people.
