Threatening the ddos of a hg member, mess around or not, still demo in the proof part, also feel free to put the ban time to whatever a higher up feels right also was called in by sicarius, because of them threatening for awhile so yeah.

Neither of the players explicitly stated they were going to ddos anyone in the demo, what it did show was Sicarius seemingly provoking them to say it though. The hour ban for trolling may stand, but there won't be an upgrade.
