You're unholstering a shotgun, a weapon that is illegal in public, right in front of a cop after you guys trap him against a tree with your friend saying "We're going to kill you." You were also given ample time with the fact that you had acknowledged you had 2 cops pointing tasers at you. Did it not ring a bell that you should re-holster your weapon?
