Initially kicked for continually calling people noobs akin to mic spam. I gave a warning but then he started up with chat spam so I kicked him.

He then reconnected and despite explaining why he was kicked continued to hassle me and be disrespectful. Not particularly serious but I thought he needed some time out.

I do see him talking back in the demo, but not micspamming, therefore there is no proof that you were not in the wrong by kicking him and he would have the right to approach you on that and eventually get frustrated. Regardless, I'd say 1 hr is fine anyways.
