Banned for a bit.
You should not be instigating him by following him around and ban baiting. The next time i see you doing this you will be banned aswell. I'm not saying don't post a ban report, i'm saying you don't need to follow him and tell him he's going to get banned over and over again before he even breaks a rule

My bad; I was trying to acquire additional proof. I already knew he was a mass RDM'er and troll from previous experience.
