Fake clan tag, impersonation again

Was using the name -hg- Neko and impersonating Neko Cat, a server regular (who isn't a recruit anyways.) Asked to remove the fake clan tag, ignored my request, was kicked for it as seen through panel logs. Came back, changed his name to -hg- Panda, was asked yet again to remove the fake clan tag, attempted to evade me by changing his name again to -hg- Neko and was promptly banned. Proof in the panel, gmod advisor may change time if necessary.
