Had been tlocked 2 seperate occasions today, upon end of second tlock was freeshooting and freekilling almost every round, many of these examples are shown in demo. Most likely does not speak english/does not understand rules.

Demo too large to attach, showing link instead.

First incident at tick 8800, downhill from there.
