A ton of rules broken.

-Votezlist Abuse
-Votekick Abuse
-Advertising
-Disrespect
-Trolling by minging/unnailing barricades

There isn't exact proof for all of it, but you can very clearly see he's abusing the hell out of the !**** functions.

And then when I told him I was going to submit a report because he consistently does this every time he joins, he responds with "oh no bad :DD"

I wish I had more because he does this on a daily basis, but I think this should be sufficient to show he's someone to watch out for (for the admins)
