Friend of HG

First he was spamming chat because he believed he got free-killed when he got tarped. He then started cussing, and was racist towards a ct. This was after i had warned that racism is not tolerated. He then consequently got kicked. He came back and I thought all was fine. He then started arguing with me about him being free-killed. I told him to relax and stop arguging because I had no quarrel with him. He then continues to do so and tells me he will report me (which is fine as I did nothing wrong). He continues to argue. I then banned him. * This was a total of about 10 minutes from beginning to end.
