Just got done with a tlist, comes back and starts freekilling; freeshooting.
Does not speak english, does not undertstand or follow rules, please make another week list or more.

Added. He obviously hasn't learned from his previous tlist. Next time give me the ticks of where he broke rules so I don't need to spend 20 minutes watching a demo.
