As you can see, he said a racist word on the CSS JB server (normally just a mute, warning or kick).
But after that, he argued with myself, another player and an Admin about how it wasn't racist, and then proceeded to disrespect and leave the server.
I have 3 screenshots for proof and a fourth one for his steam ID

I am the admin in those screenshots

He wasn't racist after other players and myself warned him

His "disrespect" in the screenshots is a bind so it isnt targeted at anyone most likely
