Abusing respawn glitch

Tick 17300-18000: spamming teams to get back alive on T
He runs out of cells at 18200, I ask in chat at same time why he's abusing the glitch, no response
You can see Source die again in the last 1000 ticks

He was banned earlier by RedDevil for doing this, so he could take a week ban.
