5. PROOF: JBLulz at about 15000 tick shows Fisting running underneath cell stairs when the T's are at the bottom of the cell stairs. Jbfail shows fisting delaying the gun-toss lr the next round by not throwing his deagle, he then proceeded to upper vip. This takes place at 27000 tick in the demo.
6. Please tell us about the incident: He was baiting and delaying LR. He was told multiple times to not delay, and he knows he should not be baiting. Simple things that admins should know. Other admins are unable to take any action because he is also admin. This is consistent behavior from him. He is caught baiting almost every round.
