My term of calling you a faggot was to prove a point, and to see if you would take it to the forums where I directed you, In hopes an upper staff will set this straight. Where I have already discussed the situation with other staff and they agree one offence is nothing know the balance. |

One person's personal views on terms is different than the server's view on these terms. Regardless of whether or not you find this language appropriate or not, The fact of the matter is that this language could be offensive to specific players. Anyone who plays on this server should have the right to play without being offended or trash talked OOCly. As of the server population, Players who are verbally harassed or offended, even if once by server staff could be tempted to leave the server causing population to drop. We have these rules for a reason, Not to be twisted and manipulated by our members but to be completely enforced. Regardless of how small the populous of who could be offended by this language, It could offend our players and should be avoided completely. Even if one offense of Racism or Homophobia is used, It is still breaking the rules and is enough to cause a player serious offense. Though one offense is only kick worthy, That one offense should be taken highly serious, Especially if that offense of breaking the rule is by a HeLLsGamers Member. If a new player joins this server and sees HG staff breaking these rules (Regardless of how small the rule) they could find this behavior acceptable and start doing this themselves. I am not offended by your speak but I am afraid that you telling me it's okay in OOC could cause other players to think this behavior is completely acceptable. I am only asking that next time you think before you speak, And consider anyone who could be offended. | |

lu7kyFriend of HG The objective of this server is not to teach our players a life lesson on how to deal with Trash Talk, It is to give the players a fun and enjoyable experience on our servers. They should be able to play on this server free from Offensive language and Trash Talk in OOC. Though I understand that It is impossible to enforce all acts of Disrespect in our servers, We as HG members should try our best to follow ALL of the rules of our servers to leave a positive example to our Newer players. I understand your personal views and I am done arguing this with you, Please leave the decision to the HG staff. | |
