Someone needs to bring law to the lawless, [Edit] because no one seems to check up on degroot keep.
[List of Things that he has done]
1: Many Racial Slurs have been used by this person - Racism
2: Broken the immersion of the game by promoting the use of ! to get around the word filter - (possible) Exploitation of a plugin
3: Appears to be toxic when getting messages across to other players - Disrespect and being toxic to newcomers
4: Through chat logs he appears to extremely enjoy vote scrambling, vote kicking, and (possibly however this one is weird.) Vote Muting - Exploitation of a vanilla feature for self gain
5: Because I think I need to clarify this one, HE ENJOYS USING THE WORD "nigga" ON OUR SERVERS. - Racism, again.

[Reasons why I believe actions need to be taken]
Regardless of any thoughts about the servers popularity with slurs, when people see them they think it is alright, however it is not alright.
People have always used slurs in the degroot server and it has always been aggravating ignoring it because it might hurt the servers population.

I am not asking for a long ban just enough to where he can read what I have typed and when he returns to the server possibly warn others not to use the slur or ruin the game for other people.

I see a half dozen instances of racism but not a great deal of anything else. We'll go with a 12 hour ban for now.
