Thought this guy was a new player but apparently has a long history of spamming and disrespect here.

Starting yesterday he keeps spamming some very loud and annoying clip of a guy screaming. Asked him to stop, he continued so I nospammed him. He apologized and said he wouldn't do it again so I removed the nospam. A short time later, he played it in a loop and I kicked him from the server.

This morning I pop on and as soon as I join he says Hi in chat and then spams the same sound clip. I nospammed him again and he apologized though I held the nospam for a while. After about 5 rounds I go ahead and remove the nospam from him and a round later, he starts spamming the same sound clip again. Since he was already warned, kicked and nospammed, he gets to take a breather from the server.
